Carelli & Associates, owned by Dr. Anne O’Brien Carelli, has provided curriculum development, training, and evaluation services to corporations, health care and educational institutions, and businesses for over twenty years.

 Writing and editing services are also provided, including the development of training curriculum, video and webinar scripts, handbooks, grant proposals, and workbooks. Carelli & Associates provides program management in creating and disseminating the publications, and in implementing related training.

 Dr. Carelli has been a trainer, public speaker, and college instructor, and is the author of numerous business publications, including training curriculum and evaluation reports. Her textbook The Truth About Supervision: Coaching, Teamwork, Interviewing, Appraisals, 360º Assessments, and Recognition, published by Charles Thomas Publishers, is currently used in supervision training programs and college business courses.

 Dr. Carelli received her doctorate at the State University of New York at Albany in Program Development and Evaluation, specializing in the study of leadership. She has served as the Director of the New York State Equity Center and Executive Director of the New York State Association for Women in Administration (NYSAWA), and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Arthritis Foundation.
